Chuck's posted this Email to advise a young lifter on building bigger legs to earn him this honor: Try this: "Take your 10 rep poundage and do 20 with it for 1 set. Take as many breaths as you need to do this. You should be breathing hard and have the definite opinion that the gym floor looks like a good place to be toward the end of the set. That's it for legs. Next week, come back and do it with 5 lbs more. You want something to back it up? Try reading any of the works of Randall Strossen Ph.D, J.C.
